We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help with returns and refunds.

Return Window


You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Unopened Products


  • - If the product is **unopened**, in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition (with all tags, seals, and accessories intact), you are eligible for a **full refund** to your original payment method.  

  • - Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or damage during shipping (see below).

Opened Products


  • If the product has been **opened** or used, we offer **store credit** only (no cash refund).  

  • The item must still be in good condition, with no excessive wear, damage, or missing parts.  
    Store credit will be issued for the full purchase price (excluding original shipping fees) and is valid for future purchases on our store.

Damaged During Shipping  

  • If your product arrives **damaged** due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. 
  • We will require proof from the carrier (such as photos or a damage claim confirmation) showing the damage occurred in transit.  
  • Once verified, you will receive a **full refund** (including original shipping costs) or a replacement at no additional charge, at our discretion.  
  • Do not discard the packaging or product until the claim is resolved.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized, custom-made, or perishable items (if applicable)  
Final sale items (marked as such at checkout)  
Gift cards or digital downloads

How to Initiate a Return


1. Contact us at info@soilseedandmore.com with your order number and reason for return.  
2. We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.  
3. Package the item securely and ship it back to [your return address] within [e.g., 14 days] of receiving approval.  
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund or store credit within [e.g., 5-10 business days].

Refunds 

  • Refunds to the original payment method typically take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.  
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of damage during shipping or our error.
