Unopened products in original, resalable condition: Full refund to original payment method within 30 days of delivery.
Opened/used products: Store credit only (subject to condition inspection).
Damaged during shipping: Full refund (including shipping) or replacement upon providing carrier proof of damage (photos, claim confirmation). Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error or verified shipping damage.
Certain items (e.g., personalized, final sale, perishables) may be non-returnable.
