We strive to get your order to you quickly and safely. Below are the details on how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll notify you if delays are expected.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We partner with reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to ship within the United States (and internationally where available—check at checkout).
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing (most domestic orders).
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional fees apply; select at checkout).
International Shipping: Available to select countries; delivery times vary (typically 7–21 business days). Customs delays may occur.

Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions and Important Notes
We currently ship to most U.S. addresses (including PO Boxes where applicable) and select international destinations. Some products may have restrictions (e.g., hazmat items); these will be noted on the product page.
International Orders: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our shipping charges and are collected by the carrier or customs upon delivery. We have no control over these charges.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, packaging, and any carrier damage notation.
For lost or significantly delayed packages, we'll work with the carrier to investigate (tracking proof required).
In cases of carrier-damaged or lost shipments (verified by the carrier), you'll receive a full refund (including original shipping) or a replacement, per our Refund Policy.
Changes, Cancellations, and Address Updates
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once processing begins. Contact us immediately if you need to modify your order or shipping address—we'll do our best to accommodate.
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer may result in additional shipping fees or non-delivery (no refund for reshipment in these cases).
